School Supplies Drive

The Destiny Center is collecting school supplies for the children in need in our community. Our vision is to help area elementary school, Pleasant Hills Children’s Home and our own kids at The Destiny Center. If you know of a child in need, please contact the church office. Let’s help make this a great school year. You can pick up a list of supplies needed at the information desk. Thank you for your support!

Royal Rangers and Missionetes

Our Royal Rangers and Missionettes are going to Lidos Fun Center (formerly Incredible Pizza) Saturday, August 7^th. Be there at 10:00 a.m. Contact Jack Woods for more details.

Men’s Ministries

2010 NTD Men’s Retreat at Lakeview Camp & Conference Center is August 12-14. Cost is $35 plus $7 per meal. Registration must be completed by Wednesday, July 14^th. Please contact Fred Gonzales if you would like to attend.

ConneXX ion

It’s Back to School! Are you prepared for a new year and a new refreshing to be the best that you can be? Join us Sunday, August 15^th at 6:00 p.m. Bring your favorite dessert and we’ll do the rest!

Refrigerators, Washer and Dryer Needed

The Destiny Center is in need of seven (7) refrigerators to assist various ministries on campus as well as a washing machine and dryer for our Nursery Department. If you can help, please contact the church office. Thank you!

Care Packages for our Soldiers

Be a blessing to our soldiers! We are gathering items for Daniel Brown~Marines serving in Afghanistan, Bae Cmet~Army serving in Iraq and Login Imig~Navy serving on the USS Cole. Let’s show our support and give these guys and their platoons a great care package from The Destiny Center!

Bad Boys of Destiny

The Bad Boys of Destiny are selling shirts and bandanas. T-shirts~$20, tank tops~$17 and bandanas~$7. See the Bad Boys of Destiny table in the foyer or contact Nikki or Rebecca Colley for your shirt or bandana. You don’t have to have a bike to feel the rush!

Summer Schedule

Our summer schedule has been extended to September 12^th. 9:00 a.m. Sunday school and 10:30 a.m. Worship. We look forward to seeing you.

Welcome to The Destiny Center!

Yes, it is official, we have a new name and are at our new location at 10200 FM 156 (Blue Mound Rd). That is located north of the Hwy 287 and FM 156 intersection, one block up FM 156 on the right.

We hope you see and feel God’s love in action at The Destiny Center. Our goal is to glorify God by strengthening our community with the foundation of Biblical teaching, steadfast prayer, and family fellowship. The worship and activities of our Church are entered around this goal. You have a place here!
